First, complete your profile in order to redeem points. Once completed, you will be able to apply your points towards your bill, either partially or in full, whenever you visit a participating Cora restaurant. See the Cora loyalty card Terms of Use for more details.
You have up to 30 business days from the date of your birthday to take advantage of this offer. Keep in mind that you must complete your profile in order to receive your points and offers.

If you do not have your loyalty card on hand when visiting a participating Cora restaurant, you can return with your card and bill to claim points within 30 days of your purchase.
You loyalty card is activated as soon as it arrives at the restaurant you obtained it from. However, you must complete your profile on the member portal in order to benefit from the points and rewards accumulated in your account. If it has already been activated, it is possible that the issue is due to another problem such as a card being improperly configured in the server. You will need to contact the head office at infoloyalty@chezcora.com.
Contact the loyalty program’s customer service. Our staff will activate a new card for you and ensure all your points and rewards are transferred to the new one.
