Nature of the job
The service manager runs the dining room, ensuring good customer service and compliance with Cora standards. This person also ensures the compliance of dishes, stages of service and the application of hygiene and sanitation standards.
Main tasks
- Prepare and submit staff time sheets for approval
- Adjust times according to restaurant traffic
- Assign and assist with daily duties
