Nature of the job
The kitchen manager ensures that production runs smoothly in the kitchen. This person is responsible for respecting the recipes and standards of the Cora concept as well as for applying their department's hygiene and sanitation standards.

- Gage number of employees necessary for restaurant traffic
- Ensure food served and inventory meet Cora’s food safety standards
- Assign and assist with daily duties
